1. Free Cancellation Guests can cancel their booking for a full refund if they notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date.

 

2. Partial Refunds Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy Guests may reschedule their tour free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours will incur a 20% rebooking fee.

 

4. Non-Refundable Deposits For private or customized tours, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.

 

5. Weather-Related Cancellations Safety is our priority. If we must cancel a tour due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

6. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. For cancellations due to medical or other emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
